Job Summary
The Dumpster Rolloff Office Administrator communicates and coordinates with drivers and customers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off lines of business. Handles incoming phone calls/service orders, contacting potential customer leads, resolution of service issues. Uses software to manage order generation, invoicing, pricing structure updates, and same-day ticket routing. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending on particular site needs.  This position also handles general office and administrative responsibilities including accounts receivable management, payroll processing/coordination with our accounting company, document management, employee hiring processes, bill payment, and asking customers for 5 star online reviews.
 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Dispatches drivers to dumpster orders, using the information on customer needs, drivers’ locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and speed of response.
  • Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assists in determining the daily driver staffing needed to provide the best mix of responsiveness and productivity.
  • Handles incoming calls and emails from customers; manages requests for pick-up or container delivery and ensures 24 hr or less service on the majority of requests.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in in-service issues.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and text
  • Knowledge of Denver Metro and surrounding areas
  • General computer skills with the desire and ability to learn software applications
  • Experience in Business Development and Sales
Desired Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in the dumpster rolloff industry
  • Human Resources experience
  • Customer call center/inside and outside sales experience
  • Customer service resolution

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
